Job Description
- Develop, validate, implement, and maintain credit risk models, including retail loan, business banking rating models, loan behavior scorecards for lending banking products.
- Participate in the development, oversight, and embedding of credit risk measurement frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Build and enhance models to predict key risk estimates such as Probability of Default (PD), Exposure at Default (EAD), and Loss Given Default (LGD).
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to create robust and accurate models.
- Perform stress testing, regulatory capital calculation, internal capital calculation, origination decisioning, and credit risk assessments for all lending products.
- Comply with External & Internal regulatory and Statutory policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and deliver comprehensive risk analysis.
- Document model development processes, validation results, and ensure model accuracy and performance through continuous monitoring.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Stress Testing
- Origination Decisioning etc.
Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
