About the Role

• Anaptyss Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging presentations, reports, templates, and other corporate materials while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Job Description

• Design professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, templates, and corporate documents in MS Office Suite.
• Develop visual content, infographics, and branding materials aligned with company guidelines.
• Enhance existing corporate materials, ensuring a polished and engaging look.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to create impactful presentations and reports.
• Maintain and update design templates, slide decks, and branded document formats.
• Optimize graphics and visuals for print and digital media.
• Ensure consistency of brand elements across all documents and materials.
• Stay updated with design trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in corporate or professional services industries.
• Knowledge of video editing or animation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a bonus.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced formatting skills.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Experience in designing corporate presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in working with corporate branding and style guides.
